Kay Chapman, Office Manager
Kay has been with RC General since 2000. She oversees the day to day operations of the office. Kay also provides administrative support to Tom, Greg and Mike. Kay is responsible for the preparation of all RC General invoices. She came to RC General with an Associate in Science General Studies from West Virginia Institute of Technology.

Jennifer Grady, Project Manager Assistant
Jennifer joined the RC General team in 2003. She provides administrative support to the Residential Project Managers and is responsible for the preparation of contracts for both the Residential and Commercial divisions.

Rebecca Miller, Project Manager Assistant
Rebecca came to RC General in 2006. Rebecca is responsible for the preparation of payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. In addition to her accounting responsibilities, Rebecca is the office receptionist. She also provides support to the Commercial Project Managers. Rebecca received her diploma from the Putnam Career Technical Center as a Medical Secretary/Secretary.
