Working directly with the Project Manager and the client to assist with exterior and interior selections, the Project Coordinator also works with the Project Manager on the bidding of a project, placing orders, scheduling subcontractors and updating the clients from beginning to completion of the project.

Dawn Wells
Dawn joined the RC General team in January 2007. She attained her Bachelor of Science in Family Resources from WVU and has more than 15 years of experience in the field of interior design. Dawn came to RC from Twigger-Shaw Design Source. Some of her projects have included Five Docs and the McLaughlin Residence.

 

 

The project estimator performs quantity surveys and assists in tracking field production and contract buy-outs. He provides project estimates and budgets as well as competitive hard bid estimates. He also maintains an estimating database and a subcontractor/supplier database.

Tom Simms
Tom comes to RC General from BBL Carlton where he spent
10 years as an estimator. Prior to that experience he was an
estimator for Pray Contruction for nine years. His nearly 20
years of experience in the construction business make him
a valuable asset to the RC General team.
