Senior project managers are in charge of estimating and all other aspects of project management, including tracking the budget, to ensure a timely completion.

Shandy Broom
Shandy joined RC General Contractors in 2000. Before coming to RC, he was a project engineer for Pray Construction and the sole proprietor of HydroMax. In addition to his senior project manager duties he oversees commercial manpower. Shandy's projects include renovations for the Charleston Area Alliance and numerous projects for BB&T as well as the current Five Docs commercial project in progress.

Brian Harper
Brian has been a part of the RC General team since 1997. He was promoted to a project manager in 2006 and to Senior Project Manager in January 2007. Along with his senior project manager duties, Brian is also responsible for residential manpower. His recent projects include renovations for both Chesapeake Energy and Hard Rock Exploration and he is currently working on the residential project The Pointe at Northgate.
